"NETANYAHU GREATLY ANGERED TRUMP"
According to the American Axios website, some US and Israeli officials claimed that Trump was "very angry" because of Netanyahu's interview with Fox News after returning from the 36th NATO Leaders Summit held in Ankara.
In the said interview, a US official conveyed that Trump believed "the Israeli Prime Minister has no right to express an opinion on this matter" regarding Netanyahu's critical approach to the possibility of Turkey returning to the F-35 program.
ATTEMPTS TO VISIT THE US WERE INCONCLUSIVE
According to the report, Netanyahu recently made several attempts to visit the US and meet with the US President, but did not receive any concrete response from any of them.
On the other hand, yesterday it was announced that Netanyahu canceled his planned trip to the US, citing the postponement of US Senator Lindsey Graham's funeral to the end of the month as the reason.
