After police procedures, one suspect was released, and of the 25 people referred to the courthouse, 14, including Haluk Levent, were arrested. Judicial control measures were imposed for the other 11 suspects.

In the continuation of the investigation, teams from the Istanbul Provincial Gendarmerie Command's Anti-Smuggling and Organized Crime Branch also took action. In simultaneous operations in Istanbul, Izmir, Kocaeli, and Mugla, 17 more suspects were detained.
