Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has added yet another arrogant threat targeting Turkey to his recent remarks. Arguing that Israel is a small country, Netanyahu said, 'The Prime Minister of Israel must act to save Israel and to prevent the emergence of new rivals like Turkey.' Noting that President Erdogan said 'Netanyahu must fall,' Netanyahu stated, 'Why do they say this? Because they understand that we will strike them: We will finish this job.'

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who is lagging behind in opinion polls ahead of the elections to be held in Israel on October 27, made threats during a live broadcast he attended.

In an interview with Kanal 14 television, which is close to his government, Netanyahu answered questions about the entire region from Gaza to Lebanon, from Iran to Syria, and from Turkey to the West Bank.

"THE IRANIAN THREAT HAS NOT BEEN ELIMINATED"

The Israeli Prime Minister targeted Iran, arguing that their work in Gaza, Lebanon, and Syria is not yet finished and that they face new threats.

Claiming that Iran has not abandoned its nuclear program, Netanyahu said, "Even though we have pushed them back, they are determined to restart their nuclear program to produce an atomic bomb."

Netanyahu argued that the Iranian threat has therefore not been eliminated and that as long as he is prime minister, he will not allow Iran to restart its nuclear program.

Responding to a question about whether the Tehran government would be toppled, Netanyahu claimed that Iran is weaker and more unstable than before.

In one part of the interview, Netanyahu also touched on Turkey, adding a new one to his recent arrogant threats targeting Ankara.

While talking about the threats Israel allegedly faces, Netanyahu brought up President Recep Tayyip Erdogan's words directed at him. The Israeli Prime Minister said, "Look at what Israel's enemies want. Erdogan says, 'Netanyahu must fall.'"

Netanyahu then claimed that a similar statement came from Lebanon's Hezbollah, saying, "And Hezbollah, Naim Qassem says, 'Netanyahu must fall.'"

Later, conveying his view on why these statements were made, Netanyahu made threats, saying, "Why do they say this? Because they understand we will hit them. We will finish this job."

Arguing that Israel is a small country geographically and demographically, Netanyahu said his country must act to secure its future.

Directly targeting Turkey, Netanyahu said, "We are a small country that can be constricted. Therefore, the Israeli Prime Minister must act to save Israel, secure its future, prevent our enemies from rearming, and prevent the emergence of new rivals like Turkey."

"IF NECESSARY, WE WILL OCCUPY ALL OF GAZA"

Netanyahu answered a question about what would happen if Hamas did not lay down its arms in Gaza by saying they would "occupy all of Gaza if necessary."

Arguing that he has not allowed and will not allow the establishment of a Palestinian state in the future, Netanyahu also touched on the attacks by Israelis who are seizing Palestinian lands in the occupied West Bank.

Netanyahu downplayed the attacks in the West Bank, claiming that the aggressive Israelis seizing Palestinian lands are a "small number of youths," and with the words, "Do you want to enter a village? You cannot enter. That is not your business. There is an army there, a police force, a government," he indicated that the seizure would be carried out by the Israeli state.

Arguing that the attacks by Israelis seizing Palestinian lands damage their illegal settlement activities by seizing more Palestinian land and harm their reputation worldwide, Netanyahu claimed that the international and Israeli media exaggerate the dramatically increased attacks in the occupied West Bank.

Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu's Likud Party, ahead of the elections scheduled for October 27, has fallen behind the Yashar Party of former Chief of General Staff Gadi Eisenkot according to opinion polls.

In public opinion, it is assessed that Netanyahu is conducting an election campaign based on "fear" and is trying to win votes by hardening his rhetoric in this context.
