Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that the war with Iran is not over. Arguing that Iran still has significant military capabilities, Netanyahu outlined three main objectives: eliminating Tehran's uranium stockpiles and facilities, halting Iran's ballistic missile program, and neutralizing Iran's proxy forces in the region.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu made statements about the Iran war in an exclusive interview with the US press.
"THE WAR WITH IRAN IS NOT OVER..."
Netanyahu said the war with Iran is not over, stating that Tehran's uranium enrichment facilities must be completely eliminated. The Israeli leader stated, "The war with Iran is not over. The enrichment facilities must be dismantled and the highly enriched uranium must be eliminated."
LISTED 3 TARGETS: THERE'S STILL MUCH WORK TO BE DONE
Netanyahu stated that the primary objectives of the US and Israel during the current ceasefire period are the elimination of the uranium stockpiles and facilities, the cessation of Iran's ballistic missile program, and the neutralization of "Iran's proxy forces in the region." Arguing that Iran still possesses significant military capabilities, Netanyahu said, "There is still much work to be done. Although we have greatly reduced their capabilities, Iran still has various means."
"TRUMP SAID HE WANTS TO GO THERE"
Netanyahu also claimed that it is possible to remove the enriched uranium from Iran, and conveyed that US President Donald Trump told him "he wants to go there."
TRUMP DISLIKED IRAN'S RESPONSE: ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE
Earlier, the Iranian press announced that Tehran had responded to the US proposal to end the war via Pakistan. However, US President Donald Trump disliked Tehran's response. In a statement on his social media platform regarding the issue, Trump said, "I just read the response from Iran’s supposed representatives. I did not like it at all, it is absolutely unacceptable. Thank you for your interest in this matter."
