NETANYAHU: WE HAVE TACTICAL DISAGREEMENTS WITH TRUMP
Netanyahu evaded questions about Trump's outburst during a recent phone call where he allegedly called him a "damn crazy" and demanded he stop attacks on Lebanon, merely stating, "I won't go into details." Netanyahu said, "We no longer need aid from the US."
Netanyahu stated, "Sometimes, like in the best families, we have these kinds of tactical disagreements. But we always find a way to resolve them, and we do so as very good friends."
Arguing that the disagreements with Trump were not serious, Netanyahu expressed that he generally shares the same views as the US President.
Netanyahu noted that he speaks with the US President every two days and admitted that "no decision has been made yet on how the war should end."
"ISRAELI AND US FORCES ARE READY"
Responding to the question of whether there is a real ceasefire between the US and Iran, Netanyahu said, "I think there's a tactical game being played here. Iran absolutely knows what Trump said—that there would be a full-scale return to military action if necessary. That's President Trump's decision; Israel is ready, and US forces are ready."
"TRUMP IS ISRAEL'S GREATEST FRIEND"
Describing US President Trump as "Israel's greatest friend," Netanyahu recalled various examples of Trump's steps for Israel.
Netanyahu praised Trump's blockade on Iranian ports in the Strait of Hormuz, saying, "This blockade was a brilliant move."
Stating that there are "cracks" politically in Iran and believing that "the regime will change" one day, Netanyahu said, "I believe the regime will fall, and we will do everything we can."
Netanyahu assessed, "I think we need to help the Iranian people overthrow this regime, and this view hasn't changed, but it won't happen exactly at the moment of our choosing."
