In the campaign, which includes 2+1 and 3+1 apartments, prices will start from 2.1 million TL and installments from 18 thousand TL. Applications will continue until July 17.
Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Murat Kurum announced TOKI's new housing campaign. Kurum stated that within the scope of the project, which he said they announced for the first time, approximately 20 thousand houses will be offered for sale in 64 provinces.
Kurum, stating that the campaign will include 2+1 and 3+1 apartments, expressed that the project was prepared both to enable citizens to become homeowners and to reduce rental prices.
PRICES AND INSTALLMENTS ANNOUNCED
Sharing the details of the campaign, Minister Kurum announced that housing prices start from 2 million 100 thousand TL. Stating that monthly installments will start from 18 thousand TL, Kurum said that citizens can become homeowners with favorable payment terms.
APPLICATION CONDITIONS ANNOUNCED
Citizens who wish to benefit from the project must meet certain conditions. Accordingly, the applicant and their spouse must not have a registered residence.
In addition, applicants are required to be citizens of the Republic of Turkey and must be over 18 years of age.
APPLICATIONS WILL CONTINUE UNTIL JULY 17
