Within the scope of the investigation into the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, a new operation was carried out in the morning hours. 12 people, including IBB Purchasing Department Head Mustafa Sökmen, Branch Manager responsible for City Restaurants Ali Toy, former Financial Affairs Department Head Neslihan Vural, and police administrator Gökhan Fırtına, were detained.
A new operation was carried out this morning as part of the investigation launched against the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IBB).
In the operation, numerous individuals, including Mustafa Sökmen, Head of the IBB Purchasing Department, and the branch manager responsible for City Restaurants, were detained.
It has been learned that the legal procedures for the detained suspects at the police station are ongoing, while new details about the operation are expected to be shared in the coming hours.
