Jülide Kural stated that she offered the land plots left from the inheritance to Kadir İnanır’s niece Gül Bakar, whom she said was by his side throughout his illness. Kural’s remarks came as discussions over İnanır’s will continued.
As debates over Kadir İnanır’s inheritance continue, a new statement came from his life partner Jülide Kural. Kural stated that the niece who supported İnanır throughout his illness was Gül Bakar, and that she had also offered her the plots of land remaining from the inheritance.
INHERITANCE DISPUTE CONTINUES
Veteran actor of Turkish cinema Kadir İnanır passed away on June 26 in the hospital where he was receiving treatment. It was reported that while İnanır’s will was expected to be announced in September, the process was postponed to December.
After it emerged that İnanır had left all his assets to his life partner Jülide Kural, inheritance disputes came to the fore. His nephew Levent İnanır, stating that he did not believe the will, had claimed that his uncle had experienced a willpower problem in his final period and had not been cared for properly.
“I OFFERED THE PLOTS OF LAND TO GÜL”
Speaking on the “Let’s Talk” program, Jülide Kural said that the niece who was by Kadir İnanır’s side and put effort into caring for him was Gül. Kural said, “The only niece who was by his side, showed respect, and put in effort was Gül. Gül did not request anything. I offered her the plots of land remaining from the inheritance, saying, ‘You put a lot of effort into your uncle; it is rightfully yours.’”
Kadir İnanır’s niece Gül Bakar also stated in an earlier statement that during her uncle’s illness she had been by his side together with Jülide Kural for three years. Bakar said that the care and self-sacrifice Kural showed İnanır were also known by hospital staff and his close circle.
