Galatasaray announced that it will add 3 new names to its squad for the UEFA Europa League playoff round. Roland Sallai, Alvaro Morata, and Carlos Cuesta have been included in the list, while names like Mario Lemina and Ahmed Kutucu could not find a place in the squad as more than 3 names could not be added. The decision not to include Lemina in the list received criticism from the yellow-red fans.

The Super Lig giant Galatasaray has revealed the 3 new names that will be added to its list for the UEFA Europa League playoff round.

Roland Sallai, who was acquired by Galatasaray during the summer transfer window but could not be registered on the UEFA list, will be the first name added to the list. Spanish striker Alvaro Morata, who was included in the squad during the winter transfer window, will be another name added to the squad following Mauro Icardi's season-ending injury and Michy Batshuayi's departure.

NO NEW TRANSFERS

Instead of Victor Nelsson, who transferred to Roma, Carlos Cuesta will be the last name added to the UEFA list. Hakim Ziyech, who left the squad, was naturally removed from the list, but since more than three names could not be added, players like Mario Lemina and Ahmed Kutucu could not find a place in the squad. Galatasaray will face AZ Alkmaar in the UEFA Europa League playoff round.
