Oktay Kaynarca and Emel Müftüoğlu, who were detained in a drug investigation, were released by the court with a judicial control condition of a travel ban.
In the context of the drug investigation conducted in Istanbul, a judicial control decision was issued prohibiting Oktay Kaynarca and Emel Müftüoğlu from leaving the country.
KAYNARCA AND MÜFTÜOĞLU DETAINED IN DRUG INVESTIGATION
In the investigation carried out by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office Smuggling, Narcotics, and Economic Crimes Investigation Bureau, a detention order was issued for 6 suspects on charges of "possessing drugs or stimulants for personal use," "facilitating drug use," "encouraging someone to engage in prostitution, facilitating the means for it, or mediating or providing a place for prostitution," and "providing a place and means for gambling."
In this context, an operation was carried out by the Narcotics Crime Investigation Branch and the Provincial Gendarmerie Command teams. During the operation, Oktay Kaynarca, Emel Müftüoğlu, Neda Şahin, Ali Sert, Rabia Karataş, and Selen Çetinkaya were detained.
BOTH RELEASED UNDER JUDICIAL CONTROL
After the suspects underwent a health check at the hospital, they were taken to the Forensic Medicine Institute (ATK). Following their procedures there, the suspects were transferred to the Istanbul Courthouse in Çağlayan. Kaynarca and Müftüoğlu were released under judicial control with a travel ban.
