Health Minister Kemal Memişoğlu stated, "On the first day of Eid al-Adha, a total of 13,513 people applied to our health facilities due to injuries sustained during animal sacrifice."

In a post on his social media account, Health Minister Kemal Memişoğlu said, "On the first day of Eid al-Adha, a total of 13,513 people applied to our health facilities due to injuries during animal sacrifice. We invite our citizens to be more cautious throughout the process and wish a speedy recovery to our injured brothers and sisters. I sincerely thank all our healthcare workers who have devotedly worked during the holiday shift."
