One of our police officers who was seriously injured in the chain collision that occurred in Istanbul on Monday, March 30, has died. Police officer Mustafa Aydın, who was revived with CPR at the scene, also succumbed to his injuries in the hospital. Thus, the number of martyrs in this tragic accident has risen to 2.
On Monday, March 30, a service minibus carrying police collided with a car on the slippery road due to rain on the Başakşehir-Habipler connection road of the Northern Marmara Highway in Istanbul. While the police minibus came to a stop by crashing into the barriers, the car went onto the median. The police officer Mustafa Aydın, who was seriously injured and revived with heart massage, died in the hospital he was taken to.
