In the information provided by the Istanbul Provincial Police Department, the following statements were made:



"On 30.08.2025 at 21:30, during the Trendyol Super League match played between Galatasaray and Çaykur Rizespor at the Ali Sami Yen Sports Complex Rams Park Stadium, it was determined through camera footage examinations conducted by our Sports Security Branch and stadium security that an individual named U.A., who was assigned on behalf of a subcontractor, collaborated with another assigned individual E.Z. and a person assessed to be a black marketeer, M.P., to provide spectators 'illegally' to the stadium. As a result of the efforts of our Sports Security Branch and Public Order Branch affiliated with the Provincial Police Department, individuals U.A. and E.Z. were captured and detained. A total of 1 accreditation card issued in U.A.'s name, 3 counterfeit accreditation cards issued unauthorized/illegally, 1 USB flash drive that may contain documents related to the crime, and a mobile phone belonging to the individual were seized.

ARRESTED AND SENT TO PRISON



After the procedures carried out on individuals U.A. and E.Z., they were referred to the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office; U.A. was arrested by the duty magistrate and sent to prison, while E.Z. was released under judicial control. Efforts to capture the individual named M.P. are ongoing."
