A mother who killed her two children by hanging them with a dog leash in the basement appeared in court. It was revealed that the woman, who denied the allegations and blamed her children, searched on Google for "How to hang yourself" on the day of the incident. In the U.S., 41-year-old Lisa Snyder hanged her eight-year-old son Connor and her four-year-old daughter Brinley with the same dog leash in the basement of her home in Albany Township in 2019. The children, who were taken to the hospital, died three days after being removed from intensive care. The monstrous mother, who previously stated her innocence, was arrested. Snyder claimed that her son Connor was responsible and that he was depressed and had committed suicide along with Brinley. "HOW TO HANG YOURSELF" Lisa's surviving 22-year-old son Owen Snyder firmly denied the allegations during the trial. When asked if Connor was depressed, he said, "He was a carefree, cheerful child." He also added that Connor's short stature would make it difficult for him to hang anyone. In the trial that began last week, Lisa's phone records were examined. The records revealed Google searches containing the phrase "How to hang yourself." It was also uncovered by authorities that Lisa purchased a dog leash on the day the children were found hanging in the basement. Another bloody aspect of the incident was the wooden kitchen chairs from which Connor and Brinley were hanged being brought to court. In her defense, the mother stated that she did not hang her children, and even if she had, she was clinically insane and should be sent to a mental hospital instead of prison. Snyder broke down in tears in court when faced with her surviving son's statement, "I no longer see her as my mother."
