In Yalova, Mustafa and Yaren Sezer, a couple on another motorcycle, were killed when a motorcycle making an illegal turn at an intersection was struck from behind at high speed, causing them to be thrown meters away. Their 3-year-old son Alparslan, who was seriously injured in the accident, continues his fight for life in Bursa, while the unfortunate young couple, married for four years, were buried side by side in tears in the Orhangazi district of Bursa; the other driver who caused the accident was taken into custody.
In the Çınarcık district of Yalova, Mustafa Sezer (28) and his wife Yaren Sezer (25), who lost their lives in a collision between two motorcycles, were sent off on their final journey in the Orhangazi district of Bursa.
The accident occurred at approximately 11:00 yesterday at the Ortaburun Junction on NATO Road at the entrance to Çınarcık. A motorcycle with license plate 34 MFG 104, driven by Ömer Burhan S. (20), was turning from Yalova towards Çınarcık when it collided with another motorcycle with license plate 16 BTZ 421, driven by Mustafa Sezer, which was coming from behind. Mustafa Sezer, his wife Yaren Sezer, their son Alparslan Sezer (3), and the other driver Ömer Burhan S. were injured. Medical teams were dispatched to the scene upon notification. After initial interventions, the injured were taken to nearby hospitals. Among the injured, the couple Yaren and Mustafa Sezer could not be saved despite doctors' efforts. The couple's son, Alparslan Sezer, was transferred to Bursa City Hospital after intervention at Yalova State Hospital. It was learned that Sezer's health condition remains critical. The driver of the other motorcycle, Ömer Burhan S., was taken into custody after his treatment.

Meanwhile, the accident was captured by a building's security camera. The footage shows Ömer Burhan S., traveling in the left lane on his motorcycle, suddenly moving to the right lane to make a turn at the junction, while the motorcycle ridden by Mustafa Sezer, traveling in the right lane, could not stop and collided at speed with the motorcycle in front. The images also show the drivers, Yaren Sezer, and her son Alparslan being thrown from the overturned and sliding motorcycle, with drivers from other vehicles and bystanders rushing to help.

An investigation has been launched into the accident. It was learned that Mustafa and Yaren Sezer, who lost their lives, had married 4 years ago and had 2 children. Mustafa Sezer, a factory worker, and his wife Yaren Sezer were laid to rest side by side in the village cemetery after a funeral prayer at the Gürle Neighborhood Mosque in the Orhangazi district of Bursa at noon.
