An operation was conducted in 3 provinces centered in Istanbul against an international drug-linked criminal organization led by Necati Arabacı, known as 'Cehennem Necati'. While 5 suspects were detained, a total of 780 million liras worth of assets, including 22 properties, 7 vehicles, and 8 companies, were seized. The organization was found to be connected to major drug shipments in Germany, Brazil, and Spain.
In the studies conducted by the Istanbul Narcotics Branch Directorate in coordination with the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, significant information was obtained regarding the organized crime organization led by Necati Arabacı, known as 'Hell Necati'.
CONNECTION WITH DRUGS SEIZED IN 3 COUNTRIES
Examination of encrypted communication program data revealed that 100 kilograms of marijuana seized in Germany, 890 kilograms of cocaine in Brazil, and 84 kilograms 400 grams of marijuana seized in Spain were linked to the organization.
Investigations determined that the organization had an armed structure, was involved in crimes such as torture and intentional killing in disputes arising from drug trafficking, and also regularly collected money to benefit the organization, with these revenues used in criminal activities.
SIMULTANEOUS OPERATION
Following the completion of the studies, simultaneous operations were carried out this morning at addresses identified in İzmir and Tunceli, with Istanbul as the center. In the operation, 5 people were detained, and assets totaling 780 million TL were seized, including 22 properties, 7 motor vehicles, and shares in 8 companies and partnerships.
OPERATION IN GERMANY WITH 1,200 POLICE AGAINST 'HELLS ANGELS'
In the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, an operation involving 1,200 police officers was conducted against the 'Hells Angels' motorcycle gang. Necati Arabacı, who is currently detained in İzmir, is alleged to be the gang's leader.
