Our National Football Team lost 1-0 to Paraguay in the second match of Group D of the 2026 FIFA World Cup. With this result, the Crescent-Stars lost their chance to advance from the group and bid farewell to the tournament.
The National Football Team faced Paraguay in the second match of Group D of the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Paraguay won the match 1-0 at San Francisco Bay Area Stadium.
PARAGUAY STARTED WITH A GOAL
In the 2nd minute, Paraguay scored. Enciso, who intercepted a ball we failed to clear from defense, passed it to Galarza just outside the penalty arc. The player's fierce long-range shot found the corner of the net.
