Our representatives in the UEFA Europa League, Galatasaray, Fenerbahçe, and Beşiktaş, played their matches in the 8th and final week away from home.

GALATASARAY MISSED THE TOP 8

Our representative Galatasaray faced the Dutch team Ajax in the 8th week of the UEFA Europa League with hopes of making it to the top 8. The yellow-reds lost to their opponent 2-1, losing their chance to qualify directly for the round of 16. Cimbom had already secured a place in the play-off round before this match.

Ajax's goals were scored by Bertrand Traore, who once played for RAMS Başakşehir in our country, in the 23rd minute, and Kian-Fitz-Jim in the 58th minute. Galatasaray's only goal came from Victor Osimhen in the 90+4th minute.

Additionally, Victor Osimhen and Lucas Torreira, who received yellow cards, have been suspended and will not be able to play in the first match of the next round.

With this result, our representative finished the league stage with 13 points and qualified for the play-off stage from the 14th position.

FENERBAHÇE SECURED THE LAST TICKET WITH 1 POINT

Our representative Fenerbahçe faced Damirka's Midtjylland team away in the last week to secure a play-off ticket. The yellow-navy blues drew 2-2 after being 1-0 down, thus qualifying for the play-off round.
