It was later explained that a person named H.S. dropped the parties off at Güven's house. In the opinion, it was reported that around 00:30, during the time they were alone in the residence, a renewed argument escalated, resulting in Ozan Güven injuring the other complainant defendant Bulutsuz by assaulting her with a lampshade and his hands. In the opinion, it was requested that Ozan Güven be sentenced to a total of 3 years and 6 months to 11 years and 6 months in prison for the crimes of 'intentional injury with a weapon' and 'depriving a person of their freedom by using force, threat, and deceit', while it was requested that Güven be acquitted of the charge of 'insult'. The prosecution also requested that Deniz Bulutsuz be sentenced to imprisonment from 4 months to 1 year for the crime of 'simple injury'.
