Sadık Can Köksal, the private secretary of Çankaya Mayor Hüseyin Can Güner, who was detained within the scope of the "drug and prostitution" investigation in Istanbul, has been referred with a request for arrest.
The investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, Smuggling, Narcotics and Economic Crimes Investigation Bureau, regarding the crimes of "possession of drugs or stimulants for use" and "encouraging prostitution" continues.
In this context, Sadık Can Köksal, the private secretary of Çankaya Mayor Hüseyin Can Güner, was taken into custody at his home yesterday. Brought to the Istanbul Police Department to give his statement, Köksal was referred for arrest under Article 190 of the Turkish Penal Code.
It was learned that the investigation is ongoing from multiple perspectives.
