CHP Chairman Özgür Özel chatted with citizens after his program in Bilecik. During this, a citizen called out, "Chairman, will it be your turn too?" The question was considered to be related to recent arrest debates.

Özgür Özel, smiling at the citizen's question, gave a short answer. Özel said, "One who fears iron doesn't board the train, my brother." The moment was recorded by those around.
WILL ATTEND THE LAST GROUP MEETING TODAY
CHP Group Chairman Özgür Özel's absolute nullity objection to the Court of Cassation was postponed to autumn due to the judicial recess. This means that if he cannot get a result from the application, Özel, who has announced he will found a new party, will take action soon. Meanwhile, it is reported that Özel will attend the last group meeting today.
WILL SUBMIT TO THE MINISTRY ON MONDAY
According to information reflected behind the scenes, Özel will submit the establishment petition of the new party to the Ministry of Interior on Monday, July 27. It is learned that the party's name will be "New Party" and the Board of Founders will mainly consist of members of parliament.
NEW ROAD MAP WILL BE DISCUSSED
Özgür Özel is expected to hold a series of meetings this week after the group meeting. It was reported that Özel will first meet with the provincial chairpersons from his term. Özel will then hold meetings with members of the Party Assembly and Central Executive Committee from his chairmanship period.
CLAIM OF 80 MPS
It is stated that the new party could be established with around 80 MPs. If this scenario happens, it will also change the balances in parliament. Özel's new party will become the new main opposition party in politics. Names supporting Özel from the CHP organization are also expected to move to the new party.
AK PARTY'S USTA RESPONDS TO IMMUNITY CLAIM
AK Party Deputy Chairman Leyla Şahin Usta stated that they aim to complete the regulations on the agenda before the end of the legislative year of the Turkish Grand National Assembly. Referring to the discussions about the removal of parliamentary immunity for some CHP MPs, including CHP Group Chairman Özgür Özel, Usta stated that there is currently no work on the TBMM's agenda regarding the removal of parliamentary immunities.
