Özgür Özel calls on the government regarding hospitals involved in the newborn scandal.

Speaking about the "Newborn Gang," Özgür Özel said, "If there is a single CHP member involved in this, the one who keeps them in the party is dishonorable and untrustworthy. We are that clear on this issue."

CHP Chairman Özel attended the "Education Summit" organized by the CHP in Hasanoğlan, Ankara. Listing his criticisms regarding the education system in Turkey, Özel stated, "One must see what the interventions of someone who wants to raise a generation according to their own views have done to the country. However, we should not limit the issue to just 20 years. The incoming governments in Turkey, until the 1950s, were extremely idealistic and aimed to raise the human resources, academics, students, craftsmen, and workers needed for the strong Republic they envisioned, not according to their own ambitions and grudges, but in the light of the enlightenment revolution that the Republic needed. Unfortunately, apart from what they did to raise such villagers, civil servants, workers, and parents, education in Turkey has dragged us to a point where there is no consensus, no establishment, and has turned into a 'scrap board' as the saying goes among the public."

"THERE IS NOTHING SAFE IN THE COUNTRY"

At the end of his speech, Özel made an assessment regarding the "Newborn Gang," stating:

"You are educating children in the country, but they are not safe. They go to university, but they are not safe. They get married, but they are not safe. They get divorced, but they are not safe. They are being followed, they go to the police, they go to the prosecutor, but they are not safe. Unfortunately, they are born, but they are not safe. In fact, young people say, 'Can a child be raised under these conditions?' and they do not have children. They go and adopt a cat, and that is not even safe. There is nothing safe in the country. Only the capital of the private school owner is safe, the yacht and Mercedes of the private hospital owner are safe. But unfortunately, we are facing a very big problem.

"IF THERE IS A CHP MEMBER INVOLVED, THE ONE WHO KEEPS THEM IN THE PARTY IS UNTRUSTWORTHY"

They are pumping this from the Media Communication Directorate. Apparently, there is a DEM member involved in this. There is a CHP municipal council member involved in this. Friends, if you are going to search a lot, let me say the last word first: If there is a single CHP member involved in this, not just involved but even 10 kilometers away, the one who keeps them in the party is dishonorable and untrustworthy. We are that clear on this issue.

They are saying that through general demonizations, apparently, someone has a DEM identity, and they shared something somewhere.

"A GANG THAT HAS ACCESS TO ALL INFORMATION TO THREATEN THE PROSECUTOR"

If someone is involved in this, we reported it when the current Minister of Health was the Istanbul Provincial Director, and they are either clearing themselves or reporting themselves again. The first complaint was made in May 2023. From May 2023 to October 2024, there has been nothing; a gang that has accessed all information to the extent of threatening the prosecutor conducting the investigation. Yesterday, the murderers were wandering among us until they were grabbed and put in a car. They are taking a baby the size of a hand from hospital to hospital. While this is happening, the hospitals of two former Ministers of Health are right in the middle of the issue. The person sitting in the Health Directorate who is supposed to supervise this is now at the top of the Ministry of Health. There are countless people they have appointed, including bureaucrats and workers involved in this...

They found one CHP member in the whole gang, to cover their responsibility and push it onto us. If someone is to be held responsible, I don't think it is the current minister or the former health director. If there is a responsible person in this country, the one who says 'I am responsible' is the one who is responsible.

"LET'S NATIONALIZE ALL THOSE HOSPITALS IN ONE NIGHT"

If Erdoğan takes responsibility for this and if this goes on, we should take them out one by one, and if legal arrangements are needed for the heaviest penalties to be imposed, that was also discussed in another matter, include these as well. But how can a hospital that a child enters be nationalized overnight, just like all of FETÖ's hospitals, schools, tutoring centers, and buildings were nationalized on the night of July 15? Brother, there is no need to declare a state of emergency; we are here in this situation. Bring them, let’s nationalize all those hospitals in one night through the Parliament. They are private hospitals; all the licenses of those private hospitals involved in this should be suspended today. You are appointing trustees everywhere; those hospitals should be directly appointed trustees by the state, and a legal arrangement should be passed unanimously in Parliament on Tuesday, bring it on. "THEY ARE PUSHING THE RESPONSIBILITY ON US"

They found one DEM member, one CHP member, and we will hold that CHP member accountable. They have held onto such dirty people that are leaking from their sleeves, and at the end of 22 years of power, they are pushing the responsibility onto us.
