The CHP (Republican People's Party) Chairman Özgür Özel, who has been a prominent figure in the political agenda with his recent statements, made noteworthy remarks during his party's closed group meeting. Özel referred to the ongoing discussions about the party congress, mentioning that some deputies known for their closeness to former chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu should come forward with their criticisms. He reportedly said, "If you have a criticism, come and say it here; do not make statements on social media that will provoke discussions about our party and put it in a difficult position."

The CHP Chairman Özgür Özel, who has been a constant presence in the political agenda, issued a warning to deputies close to Kılıçdaroğlu. A closed group meeting was held at the CHP Headquarters under the chairmanship of General Chairman Özgür Özel. The roadmap regarding the discussions of the 2025 central budget in the General Assembly was discussed during the approximately 3-hour meeting. The strategy to be followed was debated.

According to a report in Habertürk, during the meeting, General Chairman Özgür Özel warned the deputies about social media. Özel also referred to the statements made by some deputies known for their closeness to former CHP chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu regarding the congress debate. It was noted that Özel said, "If you have a criticism, come and say it here; do not make statements on social media that will cause our party to be debated and put in a difficult position."

OPPOSITION DEPUTIES DID NOT SPEAK

It was recorded that opposition deputies did not take the floor during the meeting, thinking that "what we say is not taken into account."
