Kübra Tiryaki (31) died after being hit by a garbage truck in Sapanca district of Sakarya.
Kübra Tiryaki (31), who was hit by a garbage truck in the Sapanca district of Sakarya, lost her life. The accident was captured on security camera. The incident occurred in the morning on Şehit Cevdet Koç Street, Kırkpınar Tepebaşı Neighborhood. The garbage truck, with license plate 54 SB 145, driven by F.E. (52) and belonging to the Sapanca Municipality, hit Kübra Tiryaki as she was passing by the vehicle during disposal operations. The woman was severely injured in the accident.
TRUCK DRIVER TAKEN INTO CUSTODY
Upon notification from bystanders, medical and police teams were dispatched to the scene. After initial medical intervention by health teams, Tiryaki was taken to Sapanca District State Hospital. Despite doctors' efforts, Kübra Tiryaki passed away. Tiryaki's body was taken to the hospital morgue.
The truck driver was taken into custody. Meanwhile, the accident was captured on the security camera of a nearby business.
