Salary difference payments for the period of July 1-14, which millions of civil servants and retired civil servants have been eagerly waiting for, started to be deposited into accounts as of July 21. Following the July raise of 13.52%, the lowest civil servant salary increased to 70,224 TL; the 14-day net salary differences to be received by doctors, teachers, police officers, engineers, and nurses were calculated one by one.
The 14-day salary difference payments, eagerly awaited by millions of public servants, have started being transferred to accounts. Following the 13.52% raise implemented in July, the amounts of salary differences for the period July 1-14, based on titles and professions, have been determined.
SALARY DIFFERENCES IN ACCOUNTS AS OF JULY 21
As of July, salaries for civil servants and retired civil servants were increased by 13.52%. For public employees who received their first increased salaries on July 15, the difference payments covering the July 1-14 period began to be deposited as of the 21st. The difference payments are being transferred to accounts in parallel with institutions completing their payroll processes. With the 13.52% raise, the lowest civil servant salary rose to 70,224 TL, and the lowest retired civil servant pension rose to 31,527 TL. The 14-day difference payment calculated based on the lowest civil servant salary will be approximately 4,000 TL.
14-DAY SALARY DIFFERENCE LIST BY PROFESSION
The 14-day net salary difference payments, which vary according to salary amount and title, were calculated as follows:
- Specialist Doctor (1/4): January-June salary 150,426 TL, July-December salary 170,730 TL. Net increase 20,304 TL, resulting in a 14-day salary difference of 9,475.20 TL.
- Professor (1/4): January-June salary 135,089 TL, July-December salary 153,208 TL. Net increase 18,119 TL, resulting in a 14-day salary difference of 8,455.53 TL.
- Engineer (1/4): January-June salary 96,211 TL, July-December salary 109,185 TL. Net increase 12,974 TL, resulting in a 14-day salary difference of 6,054.53 TL.
- Branch Manager (University Graduate - 1/4): January-June salary 94,384 TL, July-December salary 107,110 TL. Net increase 12,726 TL, resulting in a 14-day salary difference of 5,938.80 TL.
- Research Assistant (7/1): January-June salary 90,568 TL, July-December salary 102,779 TL. Net increase 12,211 TL, resulting in a 14-day salary difference of 5,698.47 TL.
- Lawyer (1/4): January-June salary 90,000 TL, July-December salary 102,135 TL. Net increase 12,135 TL, resulting in a 14-day salary difference of 5,663.00 TL.
- Chief Inspector (3/1): January-June salary 89,214 TL, July-December salary 101,242 TL. Net increase 12,028 TL, resulting in a 14-day salary difference of 5,613.07 TL.
- Police Officer (8/1): January-June salary 81,617 TL, July-December salary 92,618 TL. Net increase 11,001 TL, resulting in a 14-day salary difference of 5,133.80 TL.
- Expert Teacher (1/4): January-June salary 81,219 TL, July-December salary 92,166 TL. Net increase 10,947 TL, resulting in a 14-day salary difference of 5,108.60 TL.
- Preacher (1/4): January-June salary 76,653 TL, July-December salary 86,983 TL. Net increase 10,330 TL, resulting in a 14-day salary difference of 4,820.67 TL.
- Nurse (University Graduate - 5/1): January-June salary 74,770 TL, July-December salary 84,845 TL. Net increase 10,075 TL, resulting in a 14-day salary difference of 4,701.67 TL.
