In his speech at the 8th Ordinary Provincial Congress of the AK Party in Istanbul, President Erdoğan criticized Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IBB) Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu based on the messages he read on billboards while entering the venue. Erdoğan stated, "They say they have equipped Istanbul with housing. What we couldn't achieve in 23 years, they have done in 5 years. Ekrem, prove these claims and see what Erdoğan is doing."

In his statements at the 8th ordinary provincial congress of the AK Party in Istanbul, President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan harshly criticized Istanbul Metropolitan Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu.

"YOUR DREAMS CANNOT REACH US EKREM"

Erdoğan, who said, "I saw billboards on my way here; they claim to have equipped Istanbul with housing," stated, "What they have accomplished in 5 years, we could not achieve in 23 years. Ekrem, prove these claims and see what Erdoğan is doing. Your dreams cannot even reach the places our actions have reached, Ekrem. Now, with the same passion for service, we will work to elevate our country to higher levels in the world. As the AK Party and the People's Alliance, we will build the Century of Turkey together," he said.

Continuing his remarks, Erdoğan provided information about Bahçeli's health status, saying, "I convey my best wishes to Mr. Bahçeli on behalf of myself and my party.
