Significant duty changes were made in some embassies, ministries, and public institutions with decisions published in the Official Gazette under the signature of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. While new names were appointed to the Permanent Representation to the Council of Europe and the Embassy in Turkmenistan, decisions regarding appointments and dismissals for positions including Director General, board member, and committee member in various institutions, particularly the Presidency of Migration Management, were published in the Official Gazette.
Appointment and dismissal decisions regarding some ministries and public institutions were published in the Official Gazette.
TWO NEW AMBASSADORS APPOINTED
According to the appointment decisions signed by President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Raziye Bilge Kocyigit, Director General of Foreign Policy Planning and Coordination, was appointed as the Permanent Representative of the Republic of Turkey to the Council of Europe. Ambassador to Turkmenistan Ahmet Demirok was recalled to the headquarters, and Sener Cebeci, Deputy Director General responsible for Central Asian Countries, was appointed in his place.
GENERAL DIRECTOR APPOINTMENTS
Yasar Aksanyar, General Director of Adaptation and Communication; Ozan Gazel, General Director of Border Management; Bayram Yalinsu, General Director of International Protection; and Fatih Ayna, General Director of Foreign Nationals of the Presidency of Migration Management were dismissed.
Ahmet Dalkiran was appointed as General Director of Adaptation and Communication; Mehmet Yuzer, Deputy General Director of Provincial Administration of the Ministry of Interior, as General Director of Border Management; Mustafa Guney as General Director of International Protection; and Ozge Kaplan as General Director of Foreign Nationals of the Presidency.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS APPOINTMENTS
Ahmet Ceylan, Head of the Inspection Board of the General Directorate of Forestry, was dismissed, and Fuat Sanal was appointed in his place. Hakan Nalbantoglu was appointed to the vacant Board Membership of the General Directorate of Agricultural Enterprises. Oguzhan Satiroglu, General Director of Support Services, Liquidation and Revolving Fund of the Ministry of Trade, was dismissed. Murat Durkan, Aysel Kandemir, Murat Bastor, and Aziz Yildirim were appointed to the vacant Board Memberships of the General Directorate of Turkey Rail System Vehicles Industry Inc.
Prof. Dr. Ali Kocatas, faculty member of the University of Health Sciences, was assigned as the General Surgery member of the First Specialization Board of the Forensic Medicine Institution, and Prof. Dr. Oguz Cetinkale, faculty member of Istanbul Kent University, was assigned as the Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery member of the Seventh Specialization Board of the Forensic Medicine Institution.
