The appointment and dismissal decisions taken by the Presidency came into effect upon their publication in the Official Gazette. According to the decisions, Prof. Dr. Bayram Ali Ersoy was reappointed as the President of ÖSYM, while critical staff changes were made in numerous ministries and public institutions.
The appointment and dismissal decisions bearing the signature of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan were published in the Official Gazette.
Accordingly, the current head, Prof. Dr. Bayram Ali Ersoy, was reappointed to the position of President of ÖSYM.
MINISTRY OF INTERIOR
Mehmet Parlak was assigned as the Head of the Strategy Development Presidency of the Ministry of Interior, Eyüp Özdemir as the Head of the Department of Internal Security Strategies, and Hüseyin Tekin as the Head of the Department of Anti-Smuggling Intelligence, Operations and Information Gathering.
MINISTRY OF NATIONAL EDUCATION
Özer Dumanlı, Deputy General Director of Construction and Real Estate of the Ministry of National Education, and Mehmet Emin Güven, Deputy General Director of Personnel of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, were dismissed from their duties.
MINISTRY OF TREASURY AND FINANCE
Bekir Sıddık Adıbelli, Deputy General Director of Personnel of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance, was dismissed and Sabire Firdes Terzi was appointed in his place. Hüseyin Azili was appointed as a Member of the Board of Directors of the General Directorate of State Supply Office, Kemaleddin Metin as Deputy General Director, and Hasan Şahin as Head of Department of Revenue Administration under the Ministry.
Within the scope of the provincial finance director appointments made within the Revenue Administration, Naci Günaydın was appointed to the Aksaray Provincial Finance Directorate, Mustafa Aydın to Artvin, Serkan Mehmet Ersoy to Balıkesir, Hasan Aydınoğlu to Çankırı, Mesut Çalışır to Hakkari, Şahin Demirci to Mardin, Sakarya Provincial Finance Director İlhan Akçay to Muğla, Balıkesir Provincial Finance Director Ayhan Yaman to Sakarya, Yusuf İpekci to Siirt, Hasan Öztaş to Şırnak, and Ali Gündoğdu to Van.

Prof. Dr. Fehmi Mercanoğlu, a faculty member of Istanbul University, was appointed as a member of the Cardiology Unit of the Third Specialization Board of the Council of Forensic Medicine.
MINISTRY OF FAMILY AND SOCIAL SERVICES
Muhammed Gülyurt, Deputy General Director of Disability and Elderly Services of the Ministry of Family and Social Services, was dismissed, and Fatma Yiğiter Kara was appointed to the vacant position. Within the same ministry, Rize Provincial Director Hüseyin Güçlü was dismissed.
MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT, URBANIZATION AND CLIMATE CHANGE
Dursun Baştürk was dismissed as the Deputy Head of the Housing Development Administration (TOKİ), and Ahmet Kutluğ Gayretli and Abdulvahap Afşin were appointed as deputy heads.
MINISTRY OF LABOR AND SOCIAL SECURITY
Engin Akyol, General Manager of Information Technologies, was appointed to the vacant Deputy Head position within the Social Security Institution.
MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND FORESTRY
Ceyhun Bozçalar was appointed as a Member of the Board of Directors of the General Directorate of Meat and Milk Institution.
