With the decisions published in the Official Gazette under the signature of President Erdoğan, senior appointments and dismissals were made in 13 ministries and various public institutions. Bekir Bayrakdar was appointed Deputy Minister of Treasury and Finance, and Can Atilla was appointed General Director of the State Opera and Ballet. While new appointments were made at the Social Security Institution (SGK), the Ministries of Foreign Affairs, National Defense and Trade, as well as DHMİ, DSİ and other institutions, dismissals took place at the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and TİGEM.
Appointment and dismissal decisions bearing the signature of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan were published in the Official Gazette. Within the scope of the decisions, changes were made to senior management positions of ministries and to general directorates and board memberships of various public institutions.
NEW DEPUTY MINISTER FOR THE MINISTRY OF TREASURY AND FINANCE
Bekir Bayrakdar, Head of the Revenue Administration, was appointed to the position of Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance.
Adnan Yılmaz was appointed to the vacant position of Deputy Director General of Pension Services at the Social Security Institution (SGK).
APPOINTMENTS AT THE MINISTRIES OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS AND NATIONAL DEFENSE
Sabri Tunç Angılı, Turkey's Ambassador to Kosovo, was appointed to the General Directorate of Foreign Policy Planning and Coordination of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Cüneyt Epcim was appointed to the vacant position of Director General of Personnel at the Ministry of National Defense.
DISMISSAL AT THE MINISTRY OF CULTURE AND TOURISM
Vildan Satık, Deputy Director General of Living Heritage and Cultural Activities at the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, was dismissed.
Pervin Oymak was appointed to the position vacated by Satık.
Can Atilla was appointed to the position of Director General of the State Opera and Ballet (DOB).
NEW NAMES AT THE GENERAL DIRECTORATE OF FOUNDATIONS AND THE MINISTRY OF TRADE
Suat Faruk Giray was appointed to the vacant position of Deputy Director General at the General Directorate of Foundations.
Appointments were also made to two deputy director general positions at the Ministry of Trade.
Tuba Hatipoğlu was appointed Deputy Director General of Imports, and Ayşegül Şahinoğlu Yerdeş was appointed Deputy Director General of International Agreements and the European Union.
TWO SENIOR-LEVEL APPOINTMENTS AT DHMİ
Selami Yapıcı was appointed to the vacant Board Membership at the General Directorate of State Airports Authority (DHMİ).
Ertuğrul Karatay was appointed to the position of Deputy Director General of the institution.
REGIONAL DIRECTORS CHANGED AT DSİ
Appointments were made to two vacant regional directorates at the General Directorate of State Hydraulic Works (DSİ).
According to the decision, Mehmet Akif Kaygusuz was appointed to the DSİ 6th Regional Directorate, and Ömer Açıkgöz to the DSİ 9th Regional Directorate.
DISMISSAL AT TİGEM, APPOINTMENT AT THE MEAT AND MILK INSTITUTION
Yener Yıldırım, Board Member of the General Directorate of Agricultural Enterprises (TİGEM), was dismissed.
Göktuğ Bağlı was appointed to the board membership vacated by Yıldırım to complete the remaining term of office.
Kutluhan Taşkın was appointed to the vacant Board Membership at the General Directorate of the Meat and Milk Institution (ESK).
