President's Chief Advisor Oktay Saral claimed that in a possible election scenario between President Erdoğan and Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu, Mansur Yavaş would support Erdoğan and would announce this to the public soon. Saral stated, "Mansur Yavaş does not think of himself like Ekrem does; he thinks about the future of Turkey."

President Erdoğan's chief advisor Oktay Saral made striking claims about Ankara Metropolitan Mayor Mansur Yavaş during a program he attended on Elips TV.

"HE HAS NOT DISRESPECTED HIS STATE OR THE LAW"

Pointing out that Yavaş will adopt a stance close to President Erdoğan in the upcoming period and will announce this to the public, Saral also mentioned Yavaş's municipal governance, stating, "However, he has not crossed any boundaries. He has not shown any disrespect to his state, the law, or the judiciary."

"YAVAŞ DOES NOT THINK OF HIS OWN INTEREST LIKE EKREM"

In a possible election scenario between President Erdoğan and Istanbul Metropolitan Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu, Chief Advisor to the President Oktay Saral stated that Yavaş would support Erdoğan, saying, "Maybe he won't, this is my belief, my thought... Because Mansur Yavaş does not think of his own interest like Ekrem does. Everyone thinks of their own interest, but in this sense, the future of Turkey is more important to him. I believe he does not have the character to hand over Turkey's future to Ekrem İmamoğlu."

CHP Chairman Özgür Özel addressed Erdoğan during his party's group meeting yesterday by sharing a photo of the tripartite meeting, saying, "You will not be able to confuse us. You will not be able to disrupt our unity and solidarity. You will not be able to obstruct us with judicial apparatuses. I call you to competition, to an honest race, to face us without fear. The people's candidate will be in front of you, we challenge you. We will end the crisis and bring victory. After Özel's statements, Mansur Yavaş also shared a message, stating, "We are one and together for our country to reach beautiful days, for retirees, minimum wage earners, students, and workers to achieve comfort, and for parliamentary democracy to be reestablished."
