Approximately 5,000 Fenerbahçe fans gathered in the Kadıköy district of Istanbul to express their dissatisfaction with the club's management by holding a 'Great Fenerbahçe March' on Bağdat Avenue. The march, which started at 1:00 PM in Şaşkınbakkal, concluded in front of Ülker Stadium with the participation of thousands of fans.
ALI KOÇ CALLED TO RESIGN
Some fan groups chanted slogans like 'Ali Koç resign' and displayed banners throughout the march, calling for the current management to step down. Symbolic figures of the yellow-navy blue community also supported the march. 12 Numara, UTG (Until The Grave), Kill For You, Pepe Metin, and other legendary stand leaders had announced days in advance that they would participate in the march. Additionally, Hakan Bilal Kutlualp, a former executive of Fenerbahçe and a previously announced presidential candidate, also took part in the march.
The protest centers around the recent years of sporting failures and management decisions. Fans hold the current management responsible for the club's inability to achieve sustainable success and called for an extraordinary congress.
At the end of the march, no disturbances occurred, while security forces took extensive precautions in the area. Fans sang chants, carried banners throughout the march, and made thousands of posts on social media with the hashtag #GreatFenerbahçeMarch.
