Following the signing of Russia's nuclear doctrine by President Vladimir Putin, NATO has taken action. It was announced that NATO will hold an extraordinary meeting on Tuesday. Ukraine is also reported to be participating in the meeting.

Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on the strengthened nuclear doctrine after the Biden administration approved the use of long-range ATACMS missiles supplied to Ukraine against Russian territory.

COUNTER MOVE

Following Putin's move, NATO took action. It was announced that NATO would hold an extraordinary meeting on Tuesday. It was reported that Ukraine would also participate in the meeting.
