The lifeless body of 37-year-old Osman Yüksel was found in the irrigation canal passing through Kabasakallı Neighborhood in the Silifke district of Mersin. Upon a report by those who saw a male body in the canal, health and gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the area. To determine the exact cause of death, Yüksel's body was taken to the Forensic Medicine Morgue for an autopsy, while an investigation into the incident was launched.

IDENTITY DETERMINED
In the examination carried out at the scene, it was determined that the body belonged to Osman Yüksel. Yüksel's body was taken to the Forensic Medicine Morgue to be autopsied in order to determine the cause of death. An investigation into the incident was launched.
