CHP Ayvalık District Chairman Hüseyin Şalmanlı submitted an application to initiate a disciplinary investigation with the demand for the definitive expulsion of Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu from party membership.
In the application made following the court's decision of "absolute nullity" regarding the CHP congress, it was requested that disciplinary proceedings be initiated against Kılıçdaroğlu.
APPLICATION MADE WITH DEMAND FOR DEFINITIVE EXPULSION
According to Evrensel's news, Hüseyin Şalmanlı, through his lawyer Muharrem Saygı, requested in his application that a disciplinary investigation be opened against Kılıçdaroğlu and that a "definitive expulsion" decision be made.
In the petition, it was emphasized that the CHP Bylaws and Disciplinary Regulations are binding for all members and party bodies, and it was stated that no authority is above party law.

In Şalmanlı's petition, it was stated that practices that neutralize the will of party organizations, statements that tarnish the party in public, and decisions incompatible with party principles should be evaluated within the scope of disciplinary law.
