The investigation launched against Ahmet Sonuç, known by the name "Jahrein" on social media, who was arrested for allegedly making statements that do not conform to the general morality and values of society during his broadcasts, has been completed. The indictment prepared by the prosecutor's office has been accepted by the Antalya 8th Criminal Court of First Instance. In the indictment, it was stated that it was determined that Sonuç had made live broadcasts publicly on the social media platform called 'Twitch'. It was noted in the indictment that the defendant committed the alleged crime by making broadcasts containing obscene statements contrary to moral values in relationships with society, family, relatives, and children, and a prison sentence of 6 months to 3 years and a judicial fine of up to 5,000 days were requested for Sonuç for the crime of "obscenity through the press". WHAT HAPPENED?Ahmet Sonuç, known as 'Jahrein' on social media, and Ertürk Kösen, with the username "Pungent 666", were arrested and sent to prison for the crime of "obscenity" due to the statements they made during a live broadcast titled "Incel Chat Room". In the mentioned live broadcast, Sonuç had used the expressions, "What does your sister's husband mean to me? What does he mean to me? Is he my brother-in-law? If he were my brother-in-law, I would have long f***ed him." Sonuç, who spent about 1 month in prison, was released yesterday to be tried without detention as a result of the appeal made against the same accusation.
