A response has come from Hamas to U.S. President Donald Trump's statement that "all hostages should be released by 12:00 today." A Hamas spokesperson stated, "It is requested that all countries in the world, starting with the U.S., which demands the release of all hostages, convey the same request to Israel."

The spokesperson for Hamas's military wing, Izzedin al-Qassam Brigades, Seyyid Abu Hamza, commented on U.S. President Donald Trump's statement regarding the "release of all prisoners by 12:00 today," saying, "It is requested that all countries of the world, especially the U.S., which demands the release of all prisoners, convey the same request to Israel."

HAMAS'S RESPONSE TO TRUMP

Seyyid Abu Hamza, the spokesperson for Hamas's military wing, Izzedin al-Qassam Brigades, made statements regarding prisoner exchanges. He noted that the three prisoners released today were treated well, stating, "The enemy enjoys pressuring and torturing Palestinians until the last moments of their release and ruining their joy of freedom. Yesterday's open freedom and good treatment shown to prisoner Alexander Trobanov by the al-Qassam Brigades is the greatest proof of this."

Abu Hamza stated that Israel forced the Palestinian prisoners released today to wear clothes with the words "We will not forget, we will not forgive," adding, "The images of their difficult health conditions after being released reflect the reality that is only ignored by the cruel world: the brutality of the Zionist enemy and the ugliness of how the guards in the prisons torture the prisoners. The difference between the treatment we show to enemy prisoners and how the enemy treats our free people’s prisoners is clear and significant."

"DEMAND THE SAME FROM ISRAEL"

Referring to U.S. President Donald Trump's statements about the "release of all prisoners by 12:00 today," Abu Hamza said, "It is requested that all countries of the world, especially the U.S., which demands the release of all prisoners, convey the same request to Israel and not ignore the scenes of systematic torture, oppression, and killing of our people in prisons. These prisoners are the owners of their lands, their homeland, and their sacred cause, and they are subjected to all kinds of torture in prisons, living as if in mass graves."
