The statement said, "The working principles of VAR technology have been conveyed through example footage from various competitions both domestically and internationally."
The Ministry of Youth and Sports made a statement regarding the visit to the "VAR Center" held at the Turkish Football Federation on Tuesday, with the participation of Minister Osman Aşkın Bak.
In the statement made by the ministry, it was noted that the visit took place as part of the program following the FIFA Badge Ceremony.
STATEMENT FROM THE MINISTER OF SPORTS ON 'VAR VISIT'
The statement included the following:
"During the visit to the Video Assistant Referee (VAR) Center, a general briefing on the operation of the system was provided by referee trainers and technical experts. The working principles of VAR technology were conveyed through example footage from various competitions both domestically and internationally. This visit does not aim to examine or evaluate any match or referee decision. Evaluations attempted to be created in the public domain outside of this framework do not reflect the truth. It is respectfully submitted for the information of the public."

It was claimed that Minister of Youth and Sports Osman Aşkın Bak visited the VAR Center in Riva to examine the controversial positions in the Çaykur Rizespor – Galatasaray match played in the 21st week of the Trendyol Super League during the FIFA Badge Ceremony yesterday and concluded that the decisions were correct.
