TRT issued a statement regarding the claims in some media outlets about a "reporter targeting opponents," announcing that the person in question has no connection to the organization.
In a statement made by TRT, it was noted that the person mentioned is not an employee of TRT. It was emphasized that this individual has only provided a limited level of content in the context of local news flow in the past; however, they have never been part of the institution's personnel structure.
The statement also expressed that the shares of this person completely reflect their own views and that there is no institutional connection, approval, or representation relationship with TRT.
TRT announced to the public with respect, calling for caution against individual actions that do not directly concern the institution.

The individual referred to as a "reporter targeting opponents," who was said to be a TRT reporter, came to the agenda with their post on social media. The expressions used by Murat Söylemez, who commented under a tweet by Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, were reported by some media outlets with the headline "Opposing TRT Reporter."
