The incident occurred around 5:00 PM in a three-story building on 3300 Street in the central Şeh Hamit neighborhood. Cesur Bulanık began to argue with his wife Nazmiye Bulanık for an undetermined reason. During the ensuing tension, Cesur Bulanık locked his son Y.T.B. in his room, then shot his wife Nazmiye Bulanık in the chest with a gun. He then placed the gun to his head and fired.

HIS SON CALLED FOR HELP FROM 112



Hearing the gunshots, Y.T.B. called the 112 Emergency Call Center for help. Upon the notification, police and medical teams were dispatched to the address. The teams that entered the house through the window found the couple in a pool of blood.

HE COMMITTED SUICIDE



In the examination conducted by the medical teams, it was determined that Nazmiye Bulanık had lost her life, while Cesur Bulanık, who was found to be seriously injured, was taken to Aksaray Training and Research Hospital. Despite all the interventions by the doctors, Cesur Bulanık could not be saved. Y.T.B., who was in shock after hearing the gunshots, was calmed down by the teams and taken to the Child Protection Unit. The family's cat was seen waiting at the edge of the balcony.



It was learned that the couple had moved to Aksaray about 6 months ago. An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
