Russia's Nuclear, Chemical, and Biological Defense Forces' Senior Official General Aleksey Rtishchev claimed that the United States is now conducting biochemical research in Africa, following Ukraine and Southeast Asia.

"AFRICA IS BEING CONSIDERED AS A CENTER FOR DRUG TESTING"

Aleksey Rtishchev stated, "Russia continues to make statements regarding the military and biological activities of the United States in Ukraine and other parts of the world. We have previously provided information about activities in Ukraine and the former Soviet Union countries. Now, Africa is increasingly becoming a center. The U.S. Administration sees Africa as a hub for natural and infectious viruses. Africa is being used for biological warfare. In Kenya, 10 experts affiliated with the U.S. Department of Defense are conducting research. They are also considering Africa as a center for drug testing."

"THE U.S. TARGET IS EGYPT"

Aleksey also stated, "With the approval of the Egyptian regime, the U.S. has established a dangerous reservoir in Cairo, Egypt, which causes dangerous infectious diseases, including yellow fever and monkeypox."
