"I COULDN'T PRACTICE MY PROFESSION FOR 9 YEARS"
Speaking about the period before he started journalism, Salih Keçeci recounted his first experience at Hürriyet newspaper and the subsequent changes he experienced in the industry. Keçeci said, "I couldn't practice my profession for 9 years; I entered the automotive sector. However, journalism was always on my mind."
"I REALIZED I WAS A FATHER ON THE DAY MY FATHER DIED"
Sharing the emotional turning points in his life, Keçeci described the day of his father's passing: "When I entered the hospital, my father didn't recognize me; he was not conscious. I realized I was a father on the day my father died."
"WE DECIDED NOT TO FILM TARKAN"
Touching on interesting memories from his time as a press member, Keçeci shared an anecdote about Tarkan: "On the day he arrived from America, there was a security army around him, and they didn't allow us to film. So we decided not to film Tarkan. His manager complained about us to our directors."
