Serenay Sarıkaya described her financial transactions with Ayşe Barım like this.

The investigation initiated by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office regarding Ayşe Barım, the founder and manager of ID Danışmanlık Limited Şirketi, which is at the center of allegations of monopolization in the series and film industry, is ongoing. In the incident where posts and confessions from famous names on social media have been accepted as complaints, the most mentioned famous actress, Serenay Sarıkaya, has given a statement as a witness within the scope of the investigation.

SHE DESCRIBED THE FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS WITH BARIM

Sarıkaya's statement has been obtained. Stating that she has been acting in the industry for 17 years and has known Ayşe Barım for 10 years, Sarıkaya expressed that she has an ongoing contract with ID Danışmanlık. Sarıkaya described the financial transactions between her and Barım with the following statements.

"If the production company contacts the company that Ayşe Barım is authorized to represent, requesting my participation in the project prepared by the production companies, the contract negotiations with the production company are conducted on my behalf by that company. If a contract is drawn up between the production company and me, and a project is initiated, the amount to be paid for the work I do during the continuation of the project is sent directly to my account by the relevant production company. However, in some advertising projects we are involved in outside of films and series, the amount to be paid for the work I have done is first transferred to the management company, and after the production company takes its commission and other expenses, they send me the amount I am entitled to. I have not witnessed Ayşe Barım causing actors who do not work under her to be removed from the projects they are involved in and their contracts to be canceled."

Sarıkaya stated that when production companies prepare a script, they present it to her, and if she likes the script, they contact the management company, adding that she has not witnessed any actor being removed from a project they accepted. Sarıkaya mentioned that Barım directed actors who she thought could play the desired role well to the relevant production company without harming anyone.

Sarıkaya, who stated that she has known singer Mert Demir for a year and a half and that they have an emotional relationship, said, "There has been no suggestion, guidance, or coercion from Ayşe Barım regarding the claim that I appear to have an emotional relationship with the artist Mert Demir for the successful continuation of my career. This relationship continues entirely of our free will."

RESPONSE TO THE 5 MILLION EURO ALLEGATIONS

Responding to allegations that 5 million euros were given to the couple through Barım by a businessman for their advertising romance, Sarıkaya stated, "I have no information or hearsay regarding Barım receiving 5 million euros from a famous businessman as alleged."

BARIM WAS GIVEN A TRAVEL BAN

Barım, who is the founder of ID İletişim and manages many famous actors, has been in the spotlight due to allegations of monopolization in the industry, and it has been claimed that she distanced actors who opposed her from the market. A travel ban was imposed on Barım within the scope of the investigation.
