In the Bayraklı district of İzmir, U.Ç. (32) threatened to kill D.O. (32), whom he claimed had harassed his wife, and made him sign a promissory note for 250,000 TL, saying it was for "honor cleansing." U.Ç. also transferred different amounts of money from D.O.'s account to his own and was arrested.
