Ayça Ekin Beğen, known for the Kısmetse Olur competition, made statements regarding the difficult process she experienced following her suicide attempt. Beğen, who stated that she has been psychologically worn out for a long time, also shared the issue that affected her the most.
Ayça Ekin Beğen, who gained recognition with the Kısmetse Olur program released in 2016, recently made headlines with her farewell post on social media. The statements in her post worried her fans, and it was revealed that she attempted suicide after being unreachable for a while.
ADMITTED TO HOSPITAL
Upon the notification of her relatives who noticed her condition, health teams were dispatched to the address. After the initial intervention, Beğen was later taken to the hospital. It was learned that the young star is under medical supervision and her health status is being closely monitored.
“THERE ARE NO LIMITS TO CRITICISM”
After the incidents, Ayça Ekin Beğen spoke on the 'Memleketin Nabzı' program on the TYT Türk channel, stating that she has been going through a difficult period in her life for about a year and that her post was a mistake.
Beğen used the following statements in her explanation:
“I no longer see myself as a phenomenon. I made a mistake on Sunday. I have been going through a very tough process for about a year. I believe I will recover. I have been in front of the screen for 10-11 years, of course, there will be criticisms, but there should be a limit to that. The comments made have reached the level of insults.”
“I RECEIVED TREATMENT”
Beğen also expressed that some comments directed at her affected her psychologically, stating that she was particularly bothered by criticisms on certain topics.
“I received treatment for a while. What I experienced during that process affected me a lot. People constantly give advice, but they do not know what I have been through. Also, my marriage ended very badly,” she summarized her troubled period with these words.
