During the broadcast, watched by thousands, the business owner, stating he was informed by an incoming phone call, raided the table in a rage. Claiming the influencer was disparaging the restaurant and the food, the business owner seized the customer's personal phone.

As the business owner hurled insults during the live broadcast, saying, "Some piece of s... can't get up and trample on my effort," the influencer citizen reacted, saying, "Don't call me s... for nothing. You're taking this attitude because of someone calling from outside." The verbal argument and insults were recorded moment by moment by the thousands of followers watching the broadcast.
THE MINISTRY OF TRADE TOOK ACTION
After the scandalous footage rapidly spread on social media and drew a huge public reaction, the authorities took action. Bekir Kaplan, Press and Public Relations Advisor to the Ministry of Trade, in a statement on the matter, said, "It is being looked into," and announced that an official investigation had been initiated regarding the business in question and the incident.
