THEY WERE THROWN OUT OF THE VENUE, CAME BACK WITH A SHOTGUN 1 HOUR LATER
According to the allegation, 6 suspects at an entertainment center in Fethiye Neighborhood argued with customers at the next table and were thrown out of the venue.
About 1 hour later, E.L. (24) and an unidentified person arrived in front of the shopping mall where the entertainment center is located, opened fire on the entrance door with a pump-action shotgun and advanced toward the upper floor.
SECURITY CLOSED THE SHUTTERS
Security guards at the entertainment venue, noticing the armed attackers, closed the shutters of the business.
The attackers, unable to enter the venue, fired at the shutter and then got into a car and fled.
The suspects hit a vehicle while fleeing and sped away.
Upon notification, a police team was dispatched to the scene.
In the police examination, it was determined that 20 bullets hit the business and its exterior, and that there were many empty cartridges.
GETAWAY VEHICLE FOUND ON A TOW TRUCK
In work carried out by teams of the Nilüfer Investigation Bureau Office, it was determined that the car in which the suspects fled the scene was loaded onto a tow truck.
Teams stopped the tow truck in Santral Garaj Neighborhood and detained K.A. The tow truck driver was also taken to the police station to give a statement.
It was learned that in K.A.'s initial statement, he said he was unaware of the armed attack and came to pick up the car after E.L. called him and asked him to collect the car he had crashed with a tow truck.
Efforts to catch the other suspects are ongoing.
