OPERATION AGAINST THE UGLY ONES AND THE DALTONS IN 6 PROVINCES
Bursa police deciphered the activities of the organizations one by one as a result of months of technical and physical surveillance. It was determined that the arson incident at a business in the Yıldırım district was carried out by the "Ugly Ones" criminal organization, led by Zuhat Altunç, who is wanted by INTERPOL with a red notice. Three suspects related to the incident were captured and arrested.
NUMEROUS ARRESTS
In the investigation, it was determined that the complainant B.S. was threatened by members of the "Daltons" criminal organization, led by Beratcan Gökdemir, who is wanted by INTERPOL with a red notice, in an attempt to gain unlawful profits. In this incident, 6 suspects were arrested.
It was determined that the armed attack on a business in the Nilüfer district was carried out by an organization based in İzmir, led by Nurettin Yıldız. In the operation, 6 suspects were captured and sent to prison. As a result of the operations conducted against the manufacture and trade of unlicensed firearms, 10 unlicensed pistols, 2 shotguns, and 1 air rifle were seized in a raid in Gemlik. One person was arrested in the operation.
A total of 16 suspects were arrested, while police sources conveyed the message, "We will not allow criminal organizations to operate in Bursa and its surroundings."
