Statement from MHP's Feti Yıldız after 3 resignations: 'It is the center of those who do not abuse the authority of the MHP.'

Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) Deputy Chairman Semih Yalçın announced on his social media account that the resignations of 3 MHP deputies were requested, and he stated that the resignations received in accordance with the request were accepted.

Following the resignations, another important figure of the party, MHP Chairman Feti Yıldız, made a striking statement on his social media account.

"IT IS THE CENTER OF THOSE WHO DO NOT ABUSE MHP'S AUTHORITY"

In his statement, Yıldız said, "It is the center of those who do not abuse MHP's authority, do not put their ego forward, and stay away from arrogance," and added, "The Nationalist Movement Party represents the ancient story of the Turkish nation and is the current address and institutional center of historical experience."

Yıldız stated, "We use the authority we receive from the Turkish nation in the direction shown by the Turkish nation. Our esteemed nation is the judge and arbiter of all our actions," and emphasized, "As a legal entity, the Nationalist Movement Party derives its identity not only from the reality of legal existence but also from the responsibility of Turkish history and the historical narrative of the Turkish nation. The Nationalist Movement Party represents the ancient story of the Turkish nation and is the current address and institutional center of historical experience. These are not theoretical statements, but facts that every sensible Turkish citizen has witnessed through fifty-five years of practical, concrete, and behavioral transformation."

Yıldız also used the following expressions:

"It has taken its place in the pure heart of our nation as an indestructible fortress against every force that has aimed to undermine the unity and integrity of our country. It is the voice of conscience, the spirit of law, and the essence of morality, known by those who are determined, patient, do not make excuses, do not abandon their friends, respect rights and law, possess high morality, are compassionate, do not abuse their authority, do not put their ego forward, stay away from arrogance, are familiar with the feeling of mortality, are tolerant, look at life with the eyes of wisdom and truth, and are the place of dervish-hearted individuals. It is the center of those who wish to establish justice, which humanity has passionately debated throughout all times and for which it has paid a price, on earth, known by another name as 'Kızılelma,' the travelers of İ'la-yı Kelimetullah."
