The 36th Civil Chamber of the Ankara Regional Court of Appeal ruled 'absolute nullity' in the case regarding the CHP's 38th Ordinary Convention. Following the decision, Özgür Özel and his administration were temporarily suspended from duty, while Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu and his administration returned to office.
