It has been reported that Giovanni van Bronckhorst, who has been without a club since parting ways with Beşiktaş last November, is being pursued by one of his former teams where he achieved great success. The Dutch coach responded to the claims by saying, "I cherish all the wonderful moments I had with Feyenoord, but returning as a coach is not an option for me."

Starting the season at Beşiktaş but parting ways with the black and white team on November 30 after a poor run, coach Giovanni van Bronckhorst is being linked with Feyenoord, a team he previously managed.
